170 doesn't show you're fat it really depends on your altitude. I'm 5'4" 154 lbs. I'm a little bit bigger than I should be, but not flabby and I know a lot of ancestors that are 170 and look good. But really Rob's answer is true. The lone way to loose bulk is to eat a nutritious diet and exercise.
