sory, i've no success w/ untaught treatments for cramps other than soaking in the tub in hot dampen or hot water bottle or heat pad.
Try IB.. Aleeve... MOtrin... those r for swelling & that's what is going on. I use to take Tylenol & some Rx but til i took the IB.. i couldn't believe it worked better esp w/ hot tea & heat pad.
