it doesnt only depend on your age and largeness, it depends on your BMI [body mass index] and your muscle to fat percentage. If you're physically shrunken, but you think you substance to much, just remember that muscle weigh 3 times more than fat! So if you're an athelete, you're not going to be 110 or something approaching that. I'd say anywhere between 115-130 is a clean area for you.
