Friend lately started smoking... please help me relieve her!?

She is 18 so it's not like at hand's anything illegal in the order of it, but I almost wish within were.

She's simply smoked one pack, she said, and I believe her on that. But I also believe that she is underestimating the stress of this decision. She say I'm over-reacting, that it's just one pack. But near is still a lot of toxic stuff within that single pack.

Her grandfather almost died due to smoking-related causes, and she is a thoroughly good biology student, so she unambiguously knows adjectives of the crap that smoking can cause.

She smells very bad and looks stupid when she smokes, and no one desires to hang around her. But she say that she just needed to try it, and that it's not about peer pressure or looking cool, in recent times about trying the forbidden fruit.

How can I convince her that this fruit is "forbidden" for a object? She is otherwise very grown, and I want to treat her like an mature, but it is so frustrating to think that she might die from mortal too stubborn to stop smoking!
