How long after first taking birth control can you hold unprotected sex?

i'm 18 and i'm not on birth control yet. but i will be getting on in in the next 2 weeks. purely wanted to find out some info since i go to the doctor. when i start taking my birth control, do you own to wait a couple days to permit it start working before you can enjoy unprotected sex? and also, i don't want my mom knowing just however that i'm getting on bc, so if i go to planned maternity, do they give it to you in need needing your personal home info and stuff? basically curious.

If you start taking the pills on the first sunshine of your period, you are protected against pregnancy right away. first thing.. i would not own unprotected sex with someone short making them & yourself have a STD try-out...

also you mom would only enjoy to know if she needs to discharge for it.. the doctor can not tell her anything...

and I believe it take 3 months but you need to check next to your doctor.. it could be different for different brands..

depends on the brand. some work after a week, the older ones needed up to a month. and since u r 18, u don't really need ur mom's go-ahead and the doc can't really tell her anything in need ur written permission.
i of late hope that by unprotected sex u don't mean relaxed and random sex, inflict there's no protection from diseases in need a condom.

Unprotected sex is not a suitable idea. You can still acquire pregnant on the pill. The pill doesn't become effective surrounded by your body for about 2 months anyways, please trust me on this. Planned motherliness will want an address and yes they do send things to you. My cousin have her stuff sent to my house. Please be safe here are a lot of diseases out here and the pill doesn't protect you from that. Maybe you should talk to your mother around this because this is a serious issue
