After giving birth did you own a long bad interval and hemorrhoids?

I started my period almost 2 weeks ago, and two days ago it started getting really beefy like it be starting all over again and i am have cramps also. This is my first period since giving birth 6 weeks ago. Also I hold hemorrhoids, which is extrememly painful. Is that because of giving birth? I terror going to the bathroom. Any tips for that? Anybody go through the same entity after having their kid. I do plan on calling the doctor tomorrow just wondering if anyone else have gone through this.
