Nuvaring position?

How is it supposed to sit? Vertically (up/down) or horizonally (back to front/flat? I was underneath the impression back that it sat surrounded by a circular way, resembling with it expanding out and conforming to the vaginal wall. But after I just read something around it just mortal inserted and sitting like a tampon. Anyone know?

The exact position is not substantial for NuvaRing to work and the muscles of your vagina should keep NuvaRing carefully in place. Put NuvaRing where on earth it is comfortable for you.

It doesn't matter how it ends up once you hold inserted it. Theoretically its supposed to follow the shape of the vaginal canal, but its almost impossible to do that, especially if you use a tampon applicator for insertion, as oodles docs suggest. Also, if the ring seperates, like the run out comes out and its more of a stick than a ring, as long as there is no running fluid, it will be basically as effective.
