Bloatedness?
last saturday i was realy bloated,i get these on and off pains and sometimes they be sort of sharp.i didnt eat alot that sunshine.i had breakfast and lunch than the affliction begain few hours after me and my bf had sex.dunno what cause it lasted the rest of the hours of daylight and into the night.i could only just sleep cause of the aching;

Sounds like indigestion from not chewing your food properly and consumption too quickly. Make sure you sit down to drink and don't slouch, and chew your food slowly. Keep some Gaviscon in for when you be aware of bloated, it's excellent stuff.

Could be irritable bowel disease. Try taking Buscopan - available from chemist over the counter - wont do you any injure even if it isn't that. Worth a try - always stops the bloated passion for me.IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME SPRINGS TO MIND. I HAVE HAD IT FOR BOUT LAST 10 YRS. RESEARCHED IT. NO NONE CAUSE OR CURE. I FOUND THAT CUTTING DOWN INTAKE OF BEANS, PEAS, PULSES ETC.. CALMED MY BLOATEDNESS DOWN FOR QUITE A LONG TIME. ALTHOUGH ITS STARTED AGAIN, I THINK ITS RELATED TO MY NEWEST ILLNESS. PERI MENAPAUSE. BUT I ALWAYS CARRY BUSCOPAN IBS WITH ME. I SWEAR BY IT. GOOD LUCK.
