I'm 12 also but I weigh 90 pounds. You should go to the gym or of late run around the block many times a light of day. There's such thing as something call the "grapefruit diet". All you have to do is put away a grapefruit before respectively meal. Water fill you up also but it isn't fattening so drink a full glass formerly each lunchtime.

Some of your weight can be from bone density also. But try those tips!

when mom baked an apple pie, she save me a fresh apple to eat. Or else she baked it next to artificial sugar and cinnamon.
I learned never to devour junk food or sugar or hefty.
My desert was fresh fruit. My meal always own lots of vegetables cooked and a big salad. i didn't fry my veggies.
Like fried squash with breading. NO! I made stir fry next to onions and salt and pepper, a tablespoon of olive grease or canola oil.Watched fried food. When your mom make fried chicken. Take your piece out and bake it when she bake the pie. I put everything in the oven. from my apple to my meat. Or buy weight witness magazines for recipe.

i chew sugar free gum whenever i enjoy a craving. i dont snack on anything unhealthy, plus it is rewarding.

ok no websities! to lose counterweight get past its sell-by date the computer and stop looking up stuff on it unless needed for a little bit and travel run. if you dont have time next instead of asking questions or anything on yahoo use that time to run and lose weight! 10 minutes everyday for a run or hurry is great!
