Definately pads. But if you really obligation a tampon, like for excersising or swimming or something, I would recommend that you use instinctive tampons. You can buy them at any grocery store and almost any drug store. Look for the white and yellow box surrounded by the tampons area. The singular reason I recommend this is becuase regular tampons get bleech and other artificial synthetics in them which can be adverse to the body, especially at such a young age. The unconscious tampons do not have any bleech contained by them, and made of 100% pure cotton. There is much less risk of getting an infection beside them, but NEVER wear one or a pad for more than 8 hours. All you're doing is increasing your risk of infection.

I would suggest starting next to a pad. Tampons can be treacherous. There is risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome if they aren't used carefully. If you want to use a tampon, hang about until a weekend day when you don't enjoy school and try it out at home. If you are comfortable next to it and don't have any problems next go for it.

Whichever you surface more comfertable in! I started using tampons right away, because I loathed feeling similar to I'd wet myself. Tampons are also without fault comfertable if you're nevous or scared approaching I was. Your choice.

I'm 17 and when I first started I used pads. I play sports so I have to start using tampons. After I tried a tampon for the first time I have never gone wager on to pads. You own to get used to tampons...the first time is the hardest!

I am not an expert and I could be wrong, but at such a childlike age I would stay with pad. Tampons have to be correctly inserted or they are self-conscious or even painful and won't protect properly. You also enjoy to remember to take them out, and silly as it may nouns, there enjoy been plenty a women who own forgotten (or can't remember, me included). Not being assiduous can cause things close to toxic shock. The more I write...the more I'm convinced 10 is definitely too babyish!

Well I am 13 years ripened and I just started using tampons because it's summer and I want to know how to go swimming and stuff. I hold only have my period 4 times, so I'd voice if you think you are equipped, go for it! Tampons are more comfortable and greatly less messy. If you don't grain you are up for the challenge, stick beside pads. They go and get the job done merely fine!

I started at 11 and own only used tampons. It took me a few times to capture the tampon in comfortably, but after my second interval I was fine. I'm 24 by the path.

I'm a medical students almost done next to medical school so you Can logically trust my answer, i think you should use a wipe rather later a a tampon because there both undisruptive but your still a little immature for a tampon, but if you want to use one go ahead try both and see which one you resembling better it's up to you,by the way if you use a tampon hold it out or switch about every four hours
