Since I was youong my mom other says "do not drink cold wet or eat an rime cream when you have a period" Is this true?

Yes it is fine to drink cold water- or any cold drink for that matter- and eat any type of cold food you want when you are on your interval. I have be doing it for 15 years and haven't run into any problems yet. There is nil I know of that you cannot do or eat while menstruating, regardless of adjectives the stories that are around.

It's ok to drink cold water and get through ice cream. It won't effect your cycle. Make sure your diet includes iron. Beets are a suitable source. Lack of iron can screw with your body.You enjoy to drink more water through the course of your spell so I would say this is false I hope this help you xx
