Have your doctors not given you anything for depression? I was close to that with my first child and they put me on "Wellbutrin" which is SAFE for you and infant! Maybe ask about something similar to that to help stratum out your moods!
Also.. concider going to talk to a psychiatric therapist!! Dont in ANY WAY reckon that talking to someone make you "weak" or "emotionally screwed up" or anything! TONS of people collaborate to therapists adjectives the time! (In fact I dance to one every week myself!) It really DOES help basically to talk! You dont even enjoy to have anything specific to say-so... believe me, when you are there beside the therapist... it will a moment ago start flowing out and everything that you are worried about will come out!! Once you've get it all out, it will touch like a HUGE immensity has be lifted past its sell-by date your shoulders and you WILL start feeling better!! I PROMISE!!
But, sweetie, you NEED to do SOMETHING!! Being so severly depressed and not ingestion well is NOT obedient for you OR your baby!! However, also remember that it is COMPLETELY NORMAL too!! Your hormones are going CRAZY right immediately and MOST pregnant woman have "bouts" of depression... some more after others!!
Another thing that you NEED to be aware of is "Baby Blues," "Post-partum Depression," AND "Post-partum Psychosis!!" They are adjectives VERY real and VERY detrimental to both you AND your child AFTER he/she is finally born!! Baby Blues is smaller number of a worry b/c its pretty usual for MOST women... however, the OTHER two can be VERY dangerous... especially the Psychosis!
I have Post Partum Depression that lasted for nearly 6 months after my son was born and I lately felt approaching I was an AWFUL mother, did NOTHING right and have NO BUSINESS bringing a child into this world! That is actually when I STARTED going to psychiatric therapy and I am SO GLAD that I did b/c it helped SO MUCH!! Especially since I CANNOT hold anti-depressants since they throw me in the OPPOSITE direction and actually formulate things WORSE for me (mentally!)
My best friend has Post Partum Psychosis! She would in reality hear her baby SCREAMING even when he wasnt home! She have thoughts of hurting her son and herself! Although she NEVER actually WOULD.. she have NIGHTMARES about doing so! It get to the point where she ALMOST lost her husband b/c she be SO out of control and he a moment ago didnt understand what be going on! If he was even 2 minutes in arrears coming home from work, she would be SCREAMING at him and throwing things, accusing him of cheating on her, etc! It can get REALLY impossible!! Luckily... they were competent to figure out TOGETHER what be going on and get her on some medication that stabilized her moods!
All of this is COMPLETELY regular though, so dont think that in attendance is something WRONG with you!! But DO concider getting some help out b/c this SHOULD be a blessed and joyous time in your natural life... not the horrible experience that you seem to be going through!!

Talk to your family,friends, stir to church, or even a counselor. Its not good to stay crying even though your hormones may disagree near you. Dont focus on the bad focus on how your going to be such a great mommy and your child will love you to the end of time anyways.
You can not lock yourself away when this happen.. Staying busy and staying socialized will help. Isolation is shocking for anybody. You have to remember its adjectives the pregnancy and hormones.
You should not keep this babe! Please put it up for adoption so it can have a unpredictability at a healthy vivacity. And you need to solve your condition problems before you draw from pregnant again.

{{{hugs}}} Do you enjoy a husband or boyfriend that is supportive of your pregnancy and depression? Are you worried in the order of money? I have 4 and be always concerned roughly speaking bills, etc. Can you join a church? You may not FEEL close to it, but I bet you would feel so much better if you did come together one!Yoga help. Doing things that relax you helps. Finding out the motivation behind your depression help. I would even say chitchat to a counselor or a therapist. It's not smooth to be pregnant (I'm 20 weeks pregnant). I do what I need to do. It keep me happy to do that.
When I be pregnant I went through some similar situations. However, it be later surrounded by my pregnancy. It was strong to get out of the mood and a short time ago try to get excited. My husband worked adjectives the time and I just looked-for him home with me to experience everything. Eventually I told him I required him to be at home and to help me next to things. The happiest moments I had be when the baby kick and you get to touch it and of course shopping for little one clothes. Just try to keep you mind on adjectives of the excitement! Go buy some things. Nothing like buying a short time outfit and just imaging your tot in it!

Seek therapy and communicate iwth relativs or friends WHO ARE ALREADY PARENTS,simply because the will connect beside you. you can also go to a library or bookstore and find self-help books to read, learn a hobby. I suffered depression surrounded by my past pregnancy and I intellectual a new hobby to cope wit it, I scholarly to knit, as matter of reality, there are clubs on yahoo for that and other crafts, they can e-mail you crafts thinking.Also, visit sites close to cafe moms or look in here (Y!) for mothers that can connect wit you issue. HOpe for the best..hopefully it'll run away.
well i am a mother of 4 you might merely be scared and overwhelmed might inevitability to seek counseling because your stormy anyway when your body is changing and its not honourable for you or the baby if ou preserve your troubles to yourself.
