yes. your daughter will start at a different time than u probably did...at least i did. i started in 7th grade and my mom didn't start til she was a sophomore in high school. just talk with her about it and help her get ready for the moment when she does start, that's when she'll need you the most o yes it is normal up until she is over the age of 16, any age past 16 is unnormal. she is just a lucky girl not to have it yet..
it really depends on how much she weighs. periods are typically supposed to start two years after breast development. you may want to go to the doctor. yeah, some 15-17 year olds haven't gotten theirs yet.
