i had my time a few weeks back and this final week i've been beneath a lot of stress (my boyfriend and i split)and ultimate night when we be "saying goodbye" as it be, i started bleeding heavily-but its not like length blood and I am also suffering chronic stomach pains.Is this all stress or could it be a miscarriage?
