Are hard, sore nipples am hasty sign of pregnancy? Even if I'm on the pill?

I'm on the pill and have be for several months. I had my term about 3 weeks ago but the concluding couple of days my nipples have be so hard and sore to the touch. could I be pregnant?

always there's a risk but your body is full of hormones and that's why your nipples are modified. even your breast will gain bigger(if this was not arise yet). but don't be afraid or a shamed and go to see a doctor!it is for your best!
