There's the Moon cup, but I'm not sure that would help. It might. Or you could turn on the contraceptive pill, because for a lot of ancestors I know, it stopped their periods completely.

Maybe you should try the smaller size ones for teens in the lighter absorbency. I know I other got worse cramps when I used tampons and afterwards changed to the teen ones in the absorbency needed. It help a lot!
why do you hatred PADS?
I am a man but I did some work in the other go times and focussed energies of thought on this issue... I thought that there may be a vulnerability in "inserted tampons" and so I thought pad might be better... is there a BETTER TYPE of PAD that would work? All NATURAL FIBERS? Soft cotton HEMP BLENDS perchance ~ durability and comfort?
