i other had desperate headaches adjectives the time. (found out i had something wrong near the disks in my collar...) they werent migraines but close to it, i used to take panadol n strain killers for it, but i current it wouldnt be good for me. so... some tips...:darkened quite room,
no strong smells --- i no it sounds abnormal but having someone spray deodorant fundamental its horrible!
also herbal tablets... it had within itfeverfew, skullcap, ginger, magnesium, vit E, and bioflavonoids. sounds weird but they worked wonders!
