Can't be rash menopause? Can it?

I'm in my mid thirties. I've have no hot flashes or symptoms of onset. I go off the pill five months ago, and no spell since. No extreme athletic activity, no brain tumors, not too much stress, zilch on ultrsound examination. If you hold experienced a very long (temporary) lapse within menstrual cycle I'd like to know how you deal with it. I prefer a organic, holistic approach. Thanks.

Answers:    Rather than early menopause, you may be entering perimenopause http://exercise.about.com/cs/fitnesstool...

The reality that you've recently stopped birth control pills muddies your situation slightly, as this can undeniably cause your inferior amenorrhea (lack of periods). These articles on amenorrhea may provide some help: http://www.webmd.com/infertility-and-rep... http://www.emedicinehealth.com/amenorrhe... http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/... (great article, lots of links).

My perimenopause begin at about age 38 next to secondary amenorrhea. As you've have an ultrasound, you've probably seen your physician and ruled out anything serious.

The most colloquial, holistic solution? Simply wait and see if you inaugurate menstruating again. If not, you may want to see your physician for an FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) blood test; this can assistance diagnose perimenopause.
you need to be in motion to your doctor and let them know what is stirring as there is a course to help it.
