Okaii im 11 years old turning 12 May 17th. I own started puberty last year (had first period) I hold been sweating for a moment more then usual. Its my hand? They get sweaty out of no where on earth? it happens when im holding something surrounded by my hand, or if my mitt is in a fist shape close to im throwin a punch. Or even if im with my boyfriend to be exact 12. (My parents&&His parents no)
Anyways, my mom said its cuz of puberty I ust wanted a second view..

Are there anyways I can stop the sweating so I dont return with embarresed??

Answers:    It is just another symptom of puberty. It will go by in time. If it really bothers you, I believe in attendance are some things you can get, resembling antiperspirants for your hands and foot. Check with a pharmacist.
