3 d's - divorce, depression, dieting?

i was raise by my loving grandmother. anytime i had problems she other made me comfort foods. i've always be fairly "healthy" (about 5'4 - 135 lbs.). after have my 2 toddlers 11 months apart (now one and 2 year old), getting out of the military and a painful divorce my shipment has rocketed to 180 lbs. i'm currently on a diet and do fine during the daylight. at night i go and get uncontrolable "comfort food" cravings that i usually end up giving in to. when i do i bring so mad at myself afterwards. can anyone extend me any advice on what to do? please no rude comments, i'm have enough troubles as it is. it's greatly appreciated...thank you!

chew gum..get on the computer.exercise..you are deeply gonna have to find somthin else to compress the void of ingestion.talk on the phone..anything that will take home you stay away from the kitchen....best of luck

Change the word 'diet' into 'intake right'. Do make your meal healthy and portioned, but a (small) snack of your choice can't hurt much. Don't ever skip breakfast, and try not to devour a lot after around 7 PM.

Also try getting in for a while exercise, if possible. Walking around outside for 30 minutes can clear your mind and loosen the clothes while making you well again.

About a year ago I left an emotionally and out loud abusive husband. I hold a 4 yr old and 2 yr antiquated twins. It is not easy, at adjectives. So I know, okay? Within the past year I enjoy lost 28 pounds and am 5 more away from my goal. And I've cheated greatly okay. But I've stuck with it. I am so proud of myself! Hi butterfly, sorry that you are going thru a rough patch at the moment. Chin up dear. About your dark cravings, you have them because u do not drink enough calories surrounded by the day dark. This will manifest as craving for sugary foods in the evening/night. Try to eat more complex carbohydrates surrounded by the day time resembling grains, wholemeal bread, brown rice (you can mix near white rice if you dont like the taste) or wholewheat pasta. Complex carbohydrates will slowly release sugar into your body and preserve cravings at bay. If you want to snack keep some low carb granola bar. And of course fruits are worthy too.
Some exercise will do wonders for your diet too. Doesnt have to be streneous ones...a moment ago a simple stroll with the kids 20-30 minutes a sunshine will keep those muscles moving and heart pumping.
