I want ways that brand it so like my interval doesn't interfer with my enthusiasm. It sucks.
i know how to put one in, but blood really bothers me. So, if i try, and attain a little blood on i procure all uptight and offer up.
Any tips that could help or brands that may be smaller!

Answers: Tampax Pearl Light will be roughly the smallest you can get.
Any oil lamp or slender brand would be best for you. Try putting a little personal lubricant on the tip of the tampon up to that time inserting, it will go surrounded by easier. I know it sounds kind of gross for a 13 year matured, but it's worth a try.
^ About the above answerer's answer, ob tampons aren't any smaller in breadth, they just don't enjoy the applicater, so they are shorter. You have to insert them beside finger, they aren't really any smaller once they are inside your body.
O.B. The ones with the pink strip around the carton are the smallest. Try them out.

Most brands hold out a slender tampon specifically designed for teens. Have your mom help you look.

I found that when trying to insert the tampon sitting on the toilet was the best be for me to get it contained by Tampax makes the smaller, "slender" and "lites" tampons. Playtex regular tampons are also impartially small, plus they have a plastic applicator which is more comfortable to insert. Make sure you insert the tampon completely (you should not be capable of feel it). You may want to try soaking surrounded by a bath for 20 minutes or so (no bubble hip bath, etc...) then practice putting the tampon contained by. The bath will comfort slow the flow and clean the nouns before you try to insert the tampon. If the blood bothers you, keep hold of a package of damp wipes near you and clean yourself formerly trying to insert the tampon.
My last suggestion is practice. You can other practice when you are not having your length. Use a lubricant such a K-Y jelly to help you insert it easier. Once you relax and draw from it in properly, you will hold more confidence the next time.
Some brands such as Tampax will transport you free samples. You may want to try several brands, you'll eventually find one specifically comfortable.
