Suffered from it before I fell pregnant. Any woman out in attendance with equal condition who had a wonderful pregnancy, but after the birth have it more severe. Any tips on how to get you moving? My son is immediately 7 months old.

i am a fibromyalgia sufferer of 7 yrs. in a minute i have 4 kids my tot is now 12 i know it is highly painful the with the sole purpose thing i know is try a muscle relaxer from the doctor and possibly a pain pill not to strong though because i know you own alot to do with the newborn. it relieves it some but i still have alot of problems also..i hope this help some
