I hold wierd light head ness and dizziness..why?

We though my period be coming, but it never came. I consistency slightly dizzy and I dont know why. I eat and stuff, tomorrow my mom might give somebody a lift me to the doctors. Sometimes it comes and goes but it is deeply light. why is this happining?

This is something call amneia - I think. Just put away more veggies and fruits and it will go away. Its from removal of blood flow to your brain.

Could you be anemic? It's where you don't hold enough blood. I be anemic about a couple years ago due to my term not being regulated. I be really dizzy, light head, and tired all of the time.
Go to a gynecologist and get hold of them to run blood tests, and other test. If you are anemic, they will probably give you some iron pills and put in the picture you some kinds of food that you can put away to gain more iron.
