I recently started taking the birth control pill and i know that youre supposed to give somebody a lift it at the same time every daytime.. but is it okay if i take them previously bedtime (which varies by a couple hours every night)?

Answers:    yeh, as you would expect! you can take it any time of morning or night as long as it's inwardly 12 hours for most pills

eg - if you go to bed at 10 pm, you own until 10 am to take the pill beforehand it is considered a missed pill.

However, it is more effective if you pocket it at the same time respectively day, but just about anybody is able to do that!

Yes, that's fine. Basically, they tell you to cart it at the same time every sunshine so that it becomes a quirk and you don't end up forgetting to pocket it. As long as your taking 1 pill a day, your covered. I cart mine before bed too. A couple of hours isn't going to hurt.
