What is this bump on my vagina?

I am not sexually active, so its nought like that. But right on the inner fold of my labia majora I have a somewhat big bump. It is tough, but it is kinda the same color as my skin. It doesnt hold a white head on it or anything, and it doesnt hurt. What could this be?

My guess is it is a cyst but go to the doctor. Some cysts involve to be biopsied.

Don't open it beside a needle or otherwise mess next to it. Any lesion or mark on blood-heavy areas approaching the genitals should not be fooled with by anyone except your OBGYN.
