Weird pains...?
For just about 3-4 days now I have be getting a sharp and sudden pain my lower right side of my back (right beneath my rib coop in the back). It was hurting like mad more today when standing, putting full pressure on my left side. To which I just wrote rotten as standing all day at work. Since my intact back has be extremely tight and achy too.
Made sence...then I remembered another weird stomach-ache on the left side on my lower abdomen. I can touch it inside. Also a sudden pain, but more dull since it feels deeper.
This have been happening for something like the same amount of time, 3-4 days.
I've been stressed next to moving, transferring jobs, mom sick etc . you name it, I'm stressing over it.
Do these only just sound like stress related issues? Or more?
(There be an sad incident 2 weeks ago w/ a partner that added to my stress, but was handle the next morning and 12 hrs later. )
*again, appt w/ MD made*
Answers: It may all right be stress related, but I would reccommend seeing a doctor if it might put your mind at rest. they will do a urine test and perhaps a blood try-out to rule out major problems.
I had similar problems for a few months (i've very soon put it down to stress) which were really painful. I have test after test and within the end, the doctor just said "women regularly get unexplained pains like this - they usually shift away by themselves"
With the one on your lower back to one side - sounds like your kidney. These commonly happen when you've either be drinking recently or not getting enough fluids.
Left side lower belly - this is where I was have my pain. There is nothing within except intestine and possibly ovaries, so it may have been any ovulation pain, cramps, or just your intestine working.
Best to see your doctor anyway simply to rule out anything more sinister.
Stress really plays havoc with our bodies and it is so often underestimate at how serious it can be. Your body could well be responding to stress through your muscles as sometimes stress can come out in us adjectives very differently. Sorry i couldnt be more help but as its be ongoing i would get it checked out to make sure everything is ok. You enjoy been through alot so maybe a dark away or night on your own to relax reading, having a hip bath or just snuggled up with a chalice of wine and dvd is what is needed. So dont panic everything has a mode of working itself out. Hope your mums back on her feet. Good luck.
