No, a tampon cannot be mistaken for having sex. I started wearing tampons as a virgin and my gyn know I was still a virgin.

A penis is much larger than a tampon and would scratch your hymen.

Masturbation is not considered having sex because you are pleasuring yourself. You are still a virgin because a man have not penetrated you.

If I get your quiz right, you are pretty much asking if the hymen break, if due to tampoon can be mistaken for having sex?
