I am taking a prenatal multivitamen. It has Iron surrounded by it. When can I drink my tea after taking it. Tea stops the body from absorbing Iron, so should there be an hour between my pill and cup of tea? Or more? Scientific answers please. Thanks a lot

You should dawdle 2 hours after taking iron before eating/drinking dairy. I don't see anything give or take a few tea but if you have see that somewhere you should be fine after the 2 hours for that also. The dairy stops it from absorbing correctly also.
