how can u tell if u r ovulating normally? i dont grasp regular periods at all and i achieve severe cramps at the start of my period and during the middle of the whole cycle. so have this got 2 do with not ovulating properly? or something complelty different resembling a medical condition. im really worried that i wont be able to have kids in the future caz of it
