Yea... its call PMS. Its just a hormone inequity that causes moodiness. Its not in recent times necessarily getting mad going on for things, but also crying, depression, no energy, pessimism...etc.
Its important for males to be extra courteous to their woman around this time. If you confront her roughly speaking her PMS while she is PMSing, it will only nurture her fire and you will be on her SH!T list the rest of the morning lol.
