u can take your warmth every morning before you attain out of bed with a fertility thermometer and when yr temp rises is when you are ovulating, also the mucus produced by the cervix become thinner and more watery so you may discern that - also a sign.

2nd term? HELP!?

I never used to be able to communicate when I'm ovulating, but I can now. I touch little sharp pains on either disappeared or right side, and I get severly bloated to the point where on earth I can't move.

During this period of time (usually 2 or 3 days)-when the sharp spasm and cramping hurts so badly, that's when I know an egg is man released from one of my ovaries. Sometimes I can even tell which ovary is releasing the egg.
