It really depends--did you have a c-section, or a inherent birth? If a C-section, you'll want to wait at tiniest 4-6 weeks, depending on what your physician says. I'd impart it two weeks before lifting anything over 10 pounds beside a vaginal birth, at least. Call your OB-GYN to be 100% sure!
