well i just get my period like 4 months ago and i get it the first to times but my flow was rly light which is abnormal cuz i heard at first its the heaviest, then this final month i misssed it completely, anybody able to help me?

It really depends on you and your body. My flow is really feathery, but my step-daughters is really heavy. As far as you missing a period, are you sexually live? If so, you might want to go get a pregnancy exam. If you cant afford to do that, I am sure there are free clinics where you live. But I would definately pinch one to rule that out. If you are not pregnant, schedule to see your OBGYN...it could be stress, your young age, sports.nearby are numerous things that might cause a missed period bar pregnancy. But more important, if you are active, dance get a test!
