Why am I constantly constipated?

I seem to be constipated deeply lately and the only entity that seems to relieve it is to insert one finger into my anus and that seem to give the gas held inside too a release. Is this commonplace? Does anyone know what I can do for this?

Doc used to prescribe vicoden but swiched to flurbiprophen?

Ex-Lax to temporarily help the constipation, and a short time ago make sure you drink plenty of wet and eat foods rich surrounded by fiber like vegetables. After a week or so of impartial eating you should not be aware of constipated and regularly pass a stool (it vary from person to party depending on metabolism). If your stool is hard to exceed or you have blood when you wipe afterwards you need to increase your wet and fiber intake.

How can u tell if someone drugged u or someone else?

If its that desperate maybe you should see a Dr. But not satisfactory fibre and dehydration create constipation. Irritable bowel sydrome can also cause it, along near bowel infections. But that does seem benign of extreme; if it was me I'd return with it checked out, but its probably nothing.
