Answers: If you're experiencing large clots contained by your period, especially surrounded by conjunction with a filling, painful length, you may have an iron less. The easiest way to check for an iron lesser amount (although this isn't exactly very "scientific") is to give somebody a lift a gold piece of jewelry and rub it across your cheek. If a muddy mark is vanished behind, you may hold an iron deficiency.
Try drinking leafy, dark green veggies and some red meat, as powerfully as trying an iron supplement. Having your period really drains your body of its iron supply, and this is promising why you are feeling lightheaded and exhausted. You can find over the counter iron supplements at any pharmacy, but be cautious not to take too heaps, and be sure to EAT something when you take them or it will offer you a pretty awful stomach ache.
If this doesn't relieve, contact your doctor.

I devise you are fine. You are certainly not pregnant. If you are still not sure, consult a doctor. It's not unusual for women to see clots contained by their menstruation, but what if those clots are extremely large?
Mentrual clots point to the existence of fibroids, which are unbelievably common, according to Dr. Masterson. "But if you hold a lot of them, more than a cup a hours of daylight or saturating those pad, again, over an hour, or you're starting to have symptoms of anemia or low iron resembling headache and dizziness, that's when you need to acquire a workup by your doctor."
These extreme symptoms could point to uterine cancer, menopause or thyroid irregularities. If you have these extreme symptoms, Dr. Masters say, "It's very, terrifically important to draw from that checked out by your gynecologist."
