16 year antiquated female, underarm coat problem...?

This is embarrasing, but ever since I was around 10, I've had to shave my underarms. After just about a year, I noticed the hackle was getting thicker. So I started wax. It worked, and then it started getting worse again. I own tons of ingrown hairs and the hackle is REALLY thick, and I can even see some hair growing out of like like pore or something. I started shaving again, because when I waxed, it be SO painful and it would even bleed sometimes. It hurts to shave, but I be obliged to do it everyday, and after I shave, you can still see the stubble and it's like, a gray nouns where the pelt was. I also consider it may be causing excessive sweating which I've have a problem with for a few years. I don't own the money to get laser curls removal or electrolosis. What do I do? I've tried shaving, waxing, creams, PLUCKING FOR GOD'S SAKE! Any help out for the hair problem or the sweating problem would be SO productive, I don't know what to do.

I have like peas in a pod problem with the ingrown down thing. Those bumps surely kill when you shave, and even when your bra rubs against it. What help me is using a 'sensitive skin' deoderant/antipersperant, and a soothing shaving cream, or try 'Nair'. I hope it gets better.
