Im about to step for my first full physical can anyone tell me what to expect

They will promising do a breast exam with you lying down on the table. Then ask you around your last menstrual length, and duration. The pelvic exam will include the doctor palpating or pressing around on your belly just above your hairline. Then you Will put your foot into the stirrups, scoot to the edge of the table, and the doctor will insert a paw into the vagina to check for physical abnormalities, and will press down on your belly again while a mitt is still inside. Then they will insert a clear plastic cone shaped thing call a speculum, and will uses a tiny Little scraper about the size of the stem on an ink pen lid to cut your cervix, which will sting a little, but not be hired gun painful. Then they will turn the speculum within a circular motion, and you will feel them product a click with it, this take some of your natural discharge which they will testing for anything like std's etc that you and the doc desire needs to be tested for. consequently they will remove it, and you will be done.Seems kinda scary at first, but you simply kinda stare at the ceiling tiles and count the dots lol! It goes pretty fast, and is more traumatic to fear than to have a feeling.

Its prolly going to be one of the scariest things you'll enjoy to do in a doctor's organization. But I promise when its over you'll be fine. There are different ways to do it. My doctor has me switch into a gown. I lay on the table and they have be position my body. They gain a spectum, its a piece of plastic to hold your body in a proper position. I guess this is the worst part. Then within are two different methods for this part. One uses three tools to collect sample. A spatula to scrape of a indication, a little brush to collect some tissue, and afterwards a swab to get some moisture (takes a moment). The other method be two swabs and it was profoundly quicker but because of lab work was more expensive. My doctor after usually lubes her fingers and feels inside. Then they bequeath me a moment to breath. When I'm ready they do a breast exam. They touch your breasts (kinda sensitive but not painful). They have you move contained by different positions (your arms) so they can check things. Then they leave the room and I draw from dressed. My doctor then comes to discuss to me about it and anything else I entail. I know its scary, but its correct to catch problems back they come to serious.
