Is stress a contributing factor to ovarian cysts?
Answers:
From what I have read these olden few days, stress does contibute to cysts, though it is not the main sense. Hormonal imbalance, poor diet, insufficiency of exercise also contibute. In a recent study done, in a call-centre company, where on earth women had to work peculiar hours and under allot of stress, 85% be found suffering from Polycystic ovaries. I have a friend, who just now missed her period, and found that she have just started developing cysts.
Most doctors recommend, a apposite diet and most importantly-EXERCISE. Exercise not only find the right hormones pumping, it also helps peroxide stress..It's all a cycle. I am no medical expert, but i own PCOS. I have found that when i am lower than stress, i tend to become lethargic and also miss my period.
I suggest u visit gynaec though, for a complete theory on your situation.
no it's not ur fine
Nope coming from a gynecologist. If you still own your period, cysts are usually cause by ovulation. There are many types of cysts. Some are fluid jam-packed, some have blood contained by them and some are solid. Most likely cysts are benign, but depending on the size and all your own, you should have followup.
I own ovarian cysts. Highly doubt that stress has anything to do next to it. I know that stress can play a part within not having menstrual period (another one of my issues), along with consignment loss/gain, and other health related problems. You might want to do a prod on PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome. www.webmd.com is a good site, as all right as www.soulcysters.net
