There's a birth control pill that make you only hold one period every three months. You should ask your doctor almost it. Otherwise, you can just grasp on a regular pill but don't take the "time of year week" pills. Just take three weeks and shift to the next packet. But you should noticeably do it with a doctor's assistance.
