Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?

I just get diagnosed with this and I am thoroughly confused about it. I've be around the internet doing research (searching Wikipedia, The Georgia Fertility Institute, JHU Medical School, Web MD, etc.) and they really don't explain that much minus the fact that it make you gain weight (which is ironic since I'm 40 lbs. underweight and other have been). Anywho, anyone here that have it? Can someone explain it?

Since next I have be on birth control pils and Glucophage, and have be fine.

My mom have it. She is asleep right now, or I would ask her, because she know a lot almost it, but if you would like to email me, I can enjoy her reply and tell you adjectives about it.

You will probably gain the substance later surrounded by life. Although she did own me, it was VERY difficult, she have one miscarriage, and she was on adjectives kinds of fertility drugs. (One side effect is infertility)

She have about one term a year, which isn't very hygienic because your "system" down there doesn't attain cleaned out as much.

Other side effects include facial hair (DON'T shave, consider laser fuzz removal, waxing, tweezing... shaving will singular make things worse).

Also, acne.

Remember, some cases can vary, so you may not be just resembling her, but that is what I know.

Help me :-(?

PCOS is usually cause from a hormone imbalance. The hormones produce all the side effects.

She's had one cyst surgery and numerous other problems but it appears they enjoy finally gotten a handle on a treatment that works for her system. It's reasonably different from one person to the subsequent.

Good luck!

I dont have a mother so I hold a question to ask women..?

i enjoy this i was diagnosed at 12 I'm very soon 19! as u will probably know from the name of the disease it mode you have frequent cyst's on your ovaries it is an hormonal in stability (if you find you are moody etc you can take herbal medication for pmt/menopause in that are a list of adjectives symptoms such as greasy skin, extra hair growth including your obverse, weight gain, insulin resistance (which can front to diabetes) infertility, and of course the fussy irregular period. not all these symptoms will come about to you as you say you are beneath weight so this may mingy you may not every have the immensity problem.
the size of the cysts generally depend on your bulk as the bigger you are the more water will flood the cysts, therefor the more pain you will be and more of the problems will become available

Can hormonal problems lead to depression?

This is a calmin disease in most woman I was diagnosed more afterwards 2 years ago. What it does is slows down your menstrual cycle and can make it more difficult to take on children. It is like a pimple within your tubes that blocks them up. It can cause counterweight gain, I have gainned rather a bit actually. It can also up your insulin level. Some women have it and never gain consignment.

You must be one of the lucky ones.
