Cervical cyst removal...or is it a cyst?
I am having surgery within tomorrow morning, one of the procedures is to remove what my gyn called a nabothian (cervical) cyst. I Googled imagery of nabothian cysts and I don't think that's whats wrong. All the pictures showed what looks approaching tiny little dots, cysts, on the opening of the cervix, but that's not what is wrong near me. What he's supposed to be removing is a large lump on the side of my vaginal wall. He in fact wrote removal of legion on vaginal wall on the surgery papers. Could this a moment ago be one really big cervical cyst? Or what? Now I'm really wondering...what else could it be? I am also having a laparoscopy and D&C done to see why I own such irregular periods (2 weeks apart w/o birth control) and cystic ovaries. Looking for endometriosis and signs of PCOS. Maybe the irregular period and low FSH/LH levels cause irregular/absent ovulation has something to do beside this cysts/growth/tumor whatever it is! Anyone?

Is it true that your breasts will grow once youve have your period?
The individual way to diagnose PCOS is to run adjectives blood tests (as resourcefully as some other tests such as for kidney function) and such to rule out things similar to Cushings' Disease, Diabetes, etc. When those tests come pay for and come back majority then they can look at testosterone level (yep we make some testosterone too but not one and the same amount that men do which is why when we make too much it cause symptoms such as pimples and retain a lot of dampen causing counterweight gain, these are two classic symptoms of PCOS).
I don't know if you have have your surgery yet but as for nabothian cysts those are regular cysts to have on the cervix. I hold at least 3 of them. The first time I feel one I thought it was a pimple.
If you enjoy not had your surgery nonetheless then I would recommend getting another assessment because you sound unsure of what is going on but I would recommend doing it near someone that does not share the same organization as the dr you currently see.
If you have already have surgery I wish you in good health on your recovery and pls verbs to take it effortless even at 8-12 weeks post op because your insides will still be trying to heal from the procedure. Also, put away lightly for the subsequent few weeks because your stomach will be super sensitive.
