Very strange feeling in lower abdomen...am I alone?

Hi everyone...my question is...I've be have this thoroughly strange fancy contained by my tummy for a few weeks in a minute...resourcefully its a touch below it...to best describe the hunch it category of feel resembling when you enjoy something in your pocket and it pokes out at you. I consistency it when I bend down. Also kinda feel close to a sandpaper passion...or similar to a small pinch...My family circle and bf notify me not to verbs something like it. I will accept I do freak out over drastically small things...but is it something I should be concerned almost? Or something that anyone have even HEARD of beforehand?!?! Thanks everyone!
