Oh, by the course... it is usually 36-24-36. I don't think you could stand adjectives with 36" chest and 26" hips.

the first number represents how plentiful inches around the chest, to be exact .. the tape benchmark should go across the 'nip' straight around to ones shoulder blades. Second # is the waist and the 3rd. is hips.. again, measure adjectives the way around the body

24 is the measurement around the waist
and 26 is the breadth around the hips and bum at the widest point.
