Everytime I exercise I get dizzy, reading light headed and sick. Does anyone know what it could possibly be?

Try eating a reading light carb snack before working out. Your blood sugar might be getting low. Dehydration is also a distinct possibility, as is grill exhaustion. Take appropriate precautions by getting your gatorade on earlier and during your workout, and making sure you're not getting overheated...

How is your blood pressure? I would stop exercising until I found out why I get dizzy etc. Are you getting adequate to eat. Maybe your blood sugar is low. Maybe you are anemic. No sense guessing...move about to doctor.

You are over exerting yourself. Take a break and drink some water.

Are you ingestion before you exercise and drinking plenty of fluids sea or juices, beforehand during and after your workout? I know eating back you exercise sounds stupid, (whats the point of doing that) but if you exercise on an empty stomach it could make happen your symptoms. I dont mean right earlier, a half hour to an hour beforehand or even a bit longer should be fine.

Also you could be exercising too much/often. If youre on any diet pills I would stop taking them and see if i.e. the cause. Or any other medication, seeing how almost every single one cause those symptoms.

If none of that helps, see a doctor. It could be something serious that you wouldnt want to put bad too long.

i give attention to you're overworking yourself. take it undemanding. and eat a banana or something nutritious 30 min up to that time working out.

Cause of an abnormally short time?

Poor nutrition, not being hydrated satisfactory and not being used to regular exercise. Also, are you overweight? If you devour really well (fruits, veggies, meat, juice/water etc and not chips, pop/coffee, pastries etc) and exercise on a regular basis not simply evey now and again your body won't respond so extremely to exercise. This is the most adjectives answer... but if you have other things going on that are more serious that you haven't mentioned for some foundation then it may be something different.
