The antibiotics are for the infection but it may take longer than one week to clear the infection up. Also the pills may not be strong adequate for you. Call your doctor and tell him in the order of this so that he can change your medication. it could purely be off the operation, plus you are have sex far too soon after the opertion so this could be the cause as economically

There are lots of types of infections, and different drugs for different bugs (bacteria, etc) so one course of antibiotics doesn't cover you.
