Well, to keep fit during my pregnancy, I go to the local Y and did prenatal swimming classes. I found swimming to be the easiest on the body because the water make you feel lighter. Your joint don't get jostle as much either, and agree to's face it, why add on exercise pains to pregnancy pains? Or, you could buy a prenatal fitness tape. They enjoy gentle aerobics and stretching geared for pregnant women. Of course, parley to your doctor before doing anything.
