My question is should i be alarmed of acidentally doing it with an underage girl. Or is it ok becaue they have a fake psyche so I would be ok legally on the subject.

Don't give somebody a lift home a girl from the bar and own sex with her right bad the bat. Girls who are in the lump illegally aren't going to be honest nearly their age at the bar. I go into a bar beside a friend when i was below 21 once and I had to take home sure i kept my story straight with everyone (believe me bartenders and bouncers will try to slip you up if you look babyish by asking you your birth date, who was president the year you be born, etc.)
