What do most guys think around inverted nipples?

i have E cup boobs, but completely inverted nipples. to me they look disgusting, and i want to transform them ASAP. but no guy who has see my boobs, has said anything discouraging at all.
but what do most guys believe about them?

and does anyone else infer it is really unfair how some culture have, deformed boobs. and others own perfect bodies. ?
