um when you go to the gym near is a machine you sit on and move your legs either contained by or out
that really helps your inner legs
also try running/dancing constanley
every time i start to gain leg weight i jump to my friend's house you is a lot younger than me. her favorite thing to do is tango so we ll spend like 6 hours dancing and she ll guide me how to do certain things.
you can also try tap dance it is a miricale on the legs.

start running. or if you wanna one and only work out in your house then do prisoner squats. a moment ago put your hands behind your organizer and keep your back straight and bend adjectives the way down then rear up. try to do 3 sets of 10. or more if you can. also lunges are good. keep your wager on straight and put one foot out as far as you can in front of you then turn down until your other knee almost touches the floor then put a bet on up and do the other leg. Do a lot of running and bicycling 3 times a week for a while. When your actually doing it, do it until your legs be aware of weak and tired! It makes your legs burn overweight and build muscle. Once your done that, (should take about partly a year for true and noticeable results) Start lifting weight at the gym next to your legs. (If you want muscle)
Running, rollerblading, bicyling, climbing hills/mountains/stairs Are all key!!.
you can do some lower body workouts to turn the flab into muscle
