Mood swings are def. an indicator that your about to start, but when is the examine that no one can answer. My oldest daughter have mood swings for about 8 months or so earlier she actually started. Just retribution close attention to your moods when they happen when they shift away, and prepare yourself ...keep a verbs pair of panties and a maxi wad in your purse when you move out the house. If your nervous after wear a panty liner in your panties so your not caught unprepared. Good luck to you and be good to yourself.
